SID display working nicely

Been playing with the SID communication protocol a little and now the Aux-In adapter properly displays it's own text on the SID, when the aux input is selected. No blinking text when buttons are pressed on the head unit and it politely goes quiet when other devices (Park Assist, ACC, TWICE) need to display their messages.

Also implemented a customization mode, so now I can change the text to whatever I want without removing the box from the car, using radio buttons 1 & 3 to navigate and 2 & 5 to pick characters to display. The text is automatically stored in EEPROM and reloaded next time.

Update: I've had some reports, that the SID text display is not reliable on (some?) 9-3's (flickering). So for now, the SID text is considered experimental on 9-3's.
